Defining "Art" is a difficult proposition, even possibly an impossible one.  Many have searched for the answer, but it was Shakespeare who wrote, "Beauty is bought by judgement of the eye," [Love's Labour Lost-1588].  This is a sentiment that has been held through history by many cultures and many people, is perhaps the most easily digestible answer.  Who are we at ZEcurious to argue... if it speaks to you, if it stirs you, if it evokes emotion...then, it is art.  What speaks to you?

Gorey Castle

It's often true that, we take for granted what is readily available. A while back I was having a conversation with a co-worker from Borneo and stated how jealous I was of her to have grown up so close to Rain Forests and Orangutans.  She paused and gave me with a wry look of confusion, and proceeded to point out I had had the Rocky Mountains and all this only an hour away, lesson not forgotten...
